Hey Blessed Christmas! This year holidays is really power pact and i think i really spent most of my days to the fullest.. however I prefer last yr then this yr, becoz this month is not going to be fun to end off. Yes to the ppl who would tell me this sentence "if from the beginning u gave this statement, it will definitely be the way u think it will when it does't." my mentality. This month YF camp, Sun Sch camp, Christmas celebration & Senior class retreat ,by God's grace has succesfully ended. haa very fast ar and tml is like 28 Dec . How fast can a day go when u looked back. This yr i really found out abit more of myself, Yes myself instead of others.
This year , God really taught me alot of things thru the year..
-to acknowledge Him before anything
-to be reminded that he cares for me
- He is Jehovah our provider
-A God who is the creator of all things
-His plans and purpose in everything He does.
-He knows the path of our ending.
-Trust and Submit to His will.
Many more.
After Olvl, the next thing would be looking for a job, but i thank God that i did not start working immediately because i think i want to do something more fulfuilling and to close myself off the world for awhile. I did not regret at all. Anyway, Yf camp this yr was such a blessing to me and also a wake up call for me through the msg that Rev ong Preach about us growing in grace and knowledge of our Lord and savior Jesus christ [ Thank God for sustaining our health!], God's mercies was shown through circumstances like the Sentosa tripped. God indeed is a God who answers prayer. No Doubt. His plans are always hard to understand but you will surely see His bigger picture. :) His mercies is new every morning and i thank God for the 12 souls that came. I enjoyed the times we had together be it morning, noon, night or past midnight and this are bonds that cannot be broken.
Next would be Sun Sch Camp, another event to be thankful, My beloved Grp Temperance is really a unique lots and well, although bonding is not there yet but from this grp i am really encouraged by their spirit through the many activities, their enthusiaism and the diligence to memorise the memory verses. All it takes is motivation! I thank God for their individual character that taught me a little about each of them. Double dosage of the same msg 2 peter 3:18 by Rev Tan but it is also a good timely msg :)
Christmas Celebration.. haa :) indeed another thanksgiving, Praise God that everything went well. Our performance espcially was one thing that i'm thankful for God mercies on us to act naturally and use this modern day experiences to speak to the hearts of many. :) All Glory to God. Thank God for my acting peeps, church ppl who helped in one way or another,
nice whether, right amount of audience and program and nice food! :) "Capture the moments" :) I love that action.
Following on is Christmas Sun, Mon & Tues :) I had really a very enjoyable time on Mon night going carolling which i would never want to miss it. and the Christmas Msged on John 3:16 is quite impactful, and it's true that people are afraid to die or talk about death, although they had already given the chance to be saved from hell's fire but it's God's will too. Well, the gospel cant be force, unless one being moved by the holy spirit.
Lastly would be Senior Class retreat, this year is not in M'sia but it's still fun! I thank God for sustaining Elder John which is so impt , he has been climbing up and down the poles.. esp on dangerous places. [ near the sea] But haa He is still young at heart! I thank God for the get together and the night and day that we all stayed up to talk or play, suppered, share and stuff it was really a blessed time together and to welcome the new batch into senior class I thank God to have know Theresa ! . The Chalet was really huge and spacious to stay in and comfortable but only for 2 days 1 night but Thank God for a great space. :) Lots to Thank God! I always enjoyed this time. Overall, it was all worthwhile. To God be the Glory!
